1. OUR RETURNS POLICY

If you receive faulty goods or damaged you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to replace them or you will receive a credit note against your account.

You MUST notify us within 2 days of receipt of any fault by contacting customerservices@hairpassion.com

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unopened and unused.

2. FAULTY & DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please email customerservices@hairpassion.com

To help us get this fixed for you ASAP when you first contact us please include the following information;

  • Order number
  • Your name / Salon Business Name
  • Product name
  • Picture of the fault
  • Description of the fault

(The product name can be found on your order confirmation email).

If you contact us via customerservices@hairpassion.com please upload any images showing faulty or damaged goods
